The worst and best endgame evermade

Are people really able to clear this atp I have been trying since two weeks to move up but I either lack units for resonance or the equipment.I never have units and equipemnt in a single run it is either every bond unit and no equipment or many equipment but no copies of units to upgrade. It is so frustrating to even clear without ending up with a B grade for once after reaching monarch.
