To remove wisdom teeth or to not remove wisdom teeth

Hi everyone

23 F here. My wisdom teeth are coming though and I’m in a lot of pain, however, I am debating whether I should remove them or not.

They are coming through straight, therefore, it doesn’t impact my teeth at all. My dentist says to reduce issues down the line I should remove them but I don’t want to do that unless completely necessary.

So my question is: to those who have wisdom teeth removed, did it alter your bone structure in a negative or positive way?
