Medal is keeping my deleted clips

I deleted a bunch of clips over a year ago that are 3 years old, but when I go to Albums: My games, those deleted clips are still stored here. If I left click them nothing happens, and if I right click nothing useful shows up.

Can someone help me remove these permanently from my account? or at least explain why this is happening. Thank you
