How to End the NBA’s End-of-Game Free-Throw Circus
I love the NBA as much as the next guy, but the end-of-game foul fests are getting ridiculous. Watching the final minute stretch into 10–15 real-time minutes feels like punishment for seeing a close game all the way through.
JxmyHighroller on YouTube tossed out two potential fixes that honestly make a lot of sense: 1. The fouled team shoots one free throw and keeps the ball 2. The fouled team gets three free throws instead of two
What do y’all think? Would either of these actually clean up the nonsense, or would it break the game in some other way? Do you have any other suggestions?
