help

hi. any help is appreciated.

so i am 3 weeks post op from laparoscopy tomorrow. my paper said i needed to wait 4 weeks to have sex or insert anything. well, i didn’t. i had sex tonight.

i am now noticing that my lower back hurts. during sex it did not hurt, everything felt fine. i am how worried that i maybe messed something up doing it a week early.

please help
