Less kissing and more "I really really wish we were kissing"

I've been playing a year and half, haven't skipped a banner since I started, and to me this is still hands down the most butterfly inducing Kindled the game has ever produced. The tension? Him wiping away her sweat with his nose? While she tries to tease him with her lollipop? The way his mouth slightly parts as his eyes dart down to look at her lips? I'll take 10x less intense make out sessions in Kindled's in exchange for 10x more of whatever this is. Yes, the cinematic masterpieces in Throne of Eros and campy technological marvels of Heartbeats Ablaze were awesome. But what I really want is more of THIS.

ETA: It’s wild how many downvotes and rude messages I’m getting for sharing something I personally really like about this game in a subreddit that’s supposed to be devoted to talking about it. In 20+ years of engaging in fandom I’ve never experienced the kind of mindless negativity that I receive in this sub every time I try to participate. If you don’t want to chat and engage with fellow lovers of the game why are you even here? Please comment on my post about how actually you think tension sucks and you want to see everyone making out 24/7 and I will happily support your opinion, because it’s just a game and we’re all allowed to like what we like. It would be so boring if we all mindlessly liked the same things, our different tastes and perspectives are what makes the conversations we have here fun and interesting. But in this particular fandom every time you dare express an opinion you’ve got to dodge 1000000 flaming arrows before deciding to just give up, retreat, and lurk in silence instead. Not fun.
