Girlies , give me some tips to survive North India's winters 😭

I lived all my life near the coast. I recently came to Delhi for a course and wtf is this winters. I packed well, i thought 4-5 layers would suffice turns out no. I'm shivering even after 5 layers . If anybody who's faced this harsh winters could help me.
