EP-133 with Microfreak

I’ve had my EP-133 for a while now, and decided to get an Arturia Microfreak to pair with it, but I can’t figure out how to connect the two of them in such a way that when I record on the EP-133, I can play notes on the Microfreak and it will record (with quantisation if possible). I’ve tried sampling the sound onto the EP-133, but then I’ve ended up having to play the notes in keys mode, where I would prefer to play them on the actual keyboard. Anyone know how to do this?
