Am I headed for trouble?

I am 7 weeks, 2 days pregnant and had my dating ultrasound today. While getting ready for my scan I noticed I was having some light pink and mucus-y spotting. I went to my scan, everything was fine - baby and yolk sac present, HR of 144, measuring exactly where I thought I’d be. However, since then the spotting has turned into deeper red blood, it’s not dripping but it’s present when I wipe, and most concerningly is that I’ve noticed some red (and one red/grey) tiny tiny clots (like smaller than an m&m size). I’m hoping someone can maybe tell me if they experienced any bleeding like this and still had a viable pregnancy? Or any advice or relative information would be great, trying to prepare myself for what could potentially be coming next. Thank you 💕
