How many moderators for r/fedex are actually employed by Fed ex? Just curious

I just want to know the truth. I recently made a post about a cost adjustment and had my post labeled as “customers fault not fed ex” and not only did the person in charge of that labeling process not read the comments which would clearly show I’m not concerned about blame but more than that they don’t actually KNOW that it’s my fault because they have zero evidence to support it while I have evidence of incorrect data entry on behalf of fed ex - so why go out of your way to try and make it seem like it’s my fault ? Which mods work for fed ex I just want to know .
