Ups always fails to deliver to my new adress

I moved into a new house a couple months ago and have had 2 orders with issues through ups but no problems with other carriers. First I ordered a gaming chair through costco.com and it was marked as delivered but never was (no delivery photo and a family member was home all day working in an office with a view of both the porch and the street so I know it wasnt stolen) and most recently I ordered some things from homedepot where the part that was to be delivered was flagged for an improper delivery adress whereas when I went to update it everything was correct (FedEx delivered their portion of the order just fine and I feel like they would have the same shipping information as ups)
