My husband was angry and slammed the brakes hard during an argument, knowing I wasn't wearing a seatbelt and would hit the dashboard. He apologized but I haven't spoken to him. What should I do?

I'm deeply concerned about my situation. I have three children with him, and he has a temper. Once, he slapped me very hard during sex, clearly out of anger. He claims sex as an excuse because but I had bruises on my arms from an earlier grab. He often sexually grabs my thighs, but pierces his thumbs to the point that I get bruised frequently. Recently, I told him to stop and pushed him away because it hurt. We've been to therapy do to the slap two years ago…I currently have no job, and he is a doctor, so he has a lot of power. I acknowledge I said some messed-up things during our argument today, but I would never intentionally try to hurt him physically. Thoughts we been together 11yrs…
