80s/90s/2000s movie off a single scene

Trying to find a movie I saw my dad watching in the mid 2000s. It had a scene where a guy(1) and a (brunette?) woman are in a standalone house with 2 floors, then another guy(2) shows up, I think wanting to kill the first guy. but the woman leans out the window topless and distracts him, and guy(1) walks out of the house and shoots him.

Sorry if this is way too vague.
