My Dasher had a first stop to make, then got stuck in snow I guess going out of their first delivery. After seeing they weren't moving for a good 15m I asked them if everything was okay, they told me they got stuck in snow and but they'll be on their way soon.

After 20m of still turning in circle I asked the support of I could possibly get a new order picked up by another Dasher since my Dasher got stuck in snow, I mentioned in my message that they told me they got stuck and I understood it's not their fault but, I would appreciate a fresh order since it's already half hour late and they are still at 20m from my place.

The customer support called them, supposedly the driver said they were unstuck now and we're on their way. I waited another 5 min and they were still at the same place so I sent them that message asking to contact the support to explain the situation. They didn't answer.

So I contacted back door dash support and explain the situation, I did mentioned that the previous support person told me the Dasher said they were unstuck and clearly it wasn't true.

Luckily dash support cancelled the order and fully refund me and let me reorder. 

Will the Dasher be penalized? I really hope not but I don't know how that system works

Dasher got stuck in snow with their car, they lied to the dash support saying they were unstuck and then after another while dash customer support finally accepted to refund me, is that going to affect their score?
