went to a local jewelry shop and he had this ring in a neglected tray. it was gunky and the diamonds were so dirty until I asked him to clean it a little.

this is meant to be an engagement ring and he quoted 400 usd, said it’s 14k and the stones about 0.4-0.5 carat total. i left it behind because I wasn’t sure but now I regret not snagging it. hoping to still see it tomorrow when I go back. but what do you guys think?

the guy at the shop couldn’t really give me any information on it and I doubt he would have certificates…
