Skuldafn Doors will not open (PS5)

I've been stuck in this room for 3 hours now. The room with the 2 doors and 3 spinning pillars - I put in the combination for the left door (snake, snake, whale) and pull the lever, it makes a sound as if the door opened, but nothing changes. I cannot open the right door with the correct combination either, same result - Door sound effect, no movement. I have tried reloading saves, leaving and re-entering, reloading to before I even got flown to Skuldafn, closing the game, turning off the console, Nothing changes anything. I cannot progress. Bug fixes people suggest are for a bug where the center pillar doesn't spin, but that's not my issue. Does Anyone have any suggestions, or am I just unable to continue the story?
