Questions for anybody in the legal system

I need some help with a assignment anybody who works in the legal system would you please answer some questions for me?

Question one, do you approve of the three-strikes law why or why not? Question two, in a criminal trial Is it up to the person who is accused of the crime to prove his or her innocence? Why do you believe what you believe Question 3, if a person refuse to testify in a criminal trial in which he or her is the defendant do you believe they are guilty? Why or why not Question 4, is it better for 10 guilty people to go free or one innocent person to suffer? Why is this your answer? Question 5, if you were a attorney would you represent a defendant who has committed a crime that you found to be immoral? Why is this your answer?

Thank you for anybody who answers this for me. It's for my college class and I don't know anybody in the law field who I can ask these questions to. If you are not in the field of law, you can still answer the questions because I also need three people who are not involved in law just let me know which one you are. Thank you so much
