Terrified to go back to higher dose

After a couple of months of fighting horrible diarrhea on 7.5, my doctor and I agreed that I should return to 5 mg.

I've been back on 5 mg for four shots, and my gut is much better, but the food noise has returned in full force. I'm also up a couple of pounds. Grrr.

For those of you who have reduced a dose due to side effects, how was it when you titrated back up? Am I likely to have the same problems as before? I'm terrified to go back up, but 5 mg is obviously not doing the job anymore.
