Need help to confirm if it's the cpu being the hardware issue.
I'm at not sure how to continue troubleshooting this.

Background Applications: DISCORD, BRAVE
Description of Original Problem: PC Restarting randomly.
Troubleshooting: Here's a picture from OCCT It took it only 4 seconds to jump to 90c(while testing the psu and playing a video on yt(nothing else that would justify the jump to high temparature that showed up here). All the other core temps were avg around 48 C. Max these temps would go is 80 smth on cores with a noctua dh 15 cooler. Usually while gaming or rendering videos. I'm assuming this is for some reason causing the PC to just restart(The screenshot is the only thing that points me to the cpu).
This is the only thing that pops up hardware wise. Test was done on a clean install of win 10. Memtest returned good. Switched out the PSU with a 850w from 1000w. Switched out the GPU to a 1660ti with the 850w psu Tested the SSD with Samsung magician. All of this didn't change the outcome of PC just restarting when stressed slightly. Worth noting is that Turbo on cpu is not on as well as xmp profile. So what other steps can I take to further inquire into this ridle or to posibly extend the cpu lifespan????
