Rebarreling a left hand .223 rifle with a .350 legend (likely) off a right handed rifle?

OK so first off, I'm not a gunsmith, nor a machinist, but not a complete imbecile either.

I'm trying to source a lefty bolt action rifle in .350 Legend and either make a Winchester xpr into a "compact" or use a lefty bolt action rifle and put a .350 legend barrel on it.
Questions:

  1. Is the .350 Legend case dimensions similar enough to a .223 to be able to use a .223 bolt and receiver?

  2. Would the magazine accommodate the .350 Legend

  3. would a 350 Legend barrel for a right handed bolt action be applicable in a lefty build?

There are a number of rifles I like but very few in Lefty bolt, compact, .350. The shooter is a woman with about a 13 - 13 1/4 LOP. Here in NH most shots are going to be less than 75 yards, so a 18 inch barrel is sufficient. We're trying to keep weight and length down.

I know that Savage has the Axis II and the 110 that could fill this need but we both have 220 slug guns and while it's a good gun, I really don't like the magazine; it's a pain in the balls to insert, and I've heard this and other criticisms of the Savage rifles.

Thanks for your time and consideration on my slightly strange question.
