Anyone using Zepbound / tirzepatide and seeing changes in libido?

I have a friend who is on 5 mg once a week and says that her sex drive has dropped considerably.

But she also has ADHD and I don't. ADHD brains just work differently.

I'm considering doing a 12-week cycle after talking to my doctor yesterday. But he says he usually puts people on 2.5 mg and has never heard of any sexual side effects.
