Game disconnected and gave me a penalty

So I was mid game and it threw me back into the lobby with a 6 hour suspension saying I afk'ed/left many games

It's my third game in over a year so how the hell is this even possible.

Has someone else got this bug or whatever it is?
(I know for a fact I did not leave matches/stop queue/afk any of the games)
