How to improve my Vaal Reap Elementalist?

Build PoB: https://pobb.in/xUtsqXH5t9bx Hello I’m a new player and started league with Blade Vortex and switched to Reap for mid-late game. I’m happy with general performance on red tier maps but when I juiced maps a little hard and/or tried for end game content I got destroyed. How can I improve this build? I have readily available 10d and can farm a few tens more if needed. Thanks everyone
