If you object to someone getting an OFFER of financial help with a medical need with saying it should have been used on your cars and debts, and then GO TO JAPAN, you have no right to object to the help offer.

Need to talk...

So, long story short, Person A offered to pay for my top surgery. Noble, kind, and completely wholesome. They made the offer. It's very important that that is registered.

Person B, however, took offense to that. Person B said it (the offer) should have been made to them instead, for fixing their partner's car, getting them a car, and paying off their debts. Person B refused to see that A's offer was for a medical necessity and that their objects and debts are not the same.

It turns out Person B is going on a trip to Japan.

I'm sorry, if you can afford a trip to Japan, you can afford a car or pay off some or all of your debts using that money. You don't get to complain about A's offer being unfair to you when you're wasting money on a novelty trip that can and should have been used on getting the car and clearing the debts, if they really were so severe issues to bring them up in response to someone else being offered financial help for a medical need.

B does NOT get to complain about help not being given to them when they're jetting off on a tourist trip. They could have gotten a car, or could have paid part of or cleared their debts with the amount that it takes to go, stay, spend in, and leave another country.
