Kid's birthday gifts- how to ask parents for no gifts/consumables only

My little sister is having a birthday party soon and I'm pretty sure her friends are going to bring her single use plastic toys. How should I write the birthday invitation letter to word it nicely and concise that doesn't sound rude? Thank you.
