Noodles craving

Hey guys, I travelled to Belgium earlier this year and a friend introduced us to « Au bon bol » and I got the seafood sauce sauteed noodles with duck breast… and Im still craving them months later 😂

I tried around 20 noodles place around here and we have nothing similar.. I might have to resort myself to cooking then myself? Except I have no idea what’s it called as « seafood sauce » is vague.

Any Chinese locals or fans of the place that can explain what it is? I know its hand pulled think noodles, not sure if that process has a name more than a description? And the seafood sauce? Any ideas? Braised shells in a cream? A seafood xo sauce? A garlic seafood sauce? It was umami AF and I cant for my life find a similar profile in Montreal which has a diverse asian culture.

Any help?

p.s: if this is weird for you, take this as a « go eat there post » and if others are already addicted maybe they can help put a name on the plate
