I 21M need advice on how to feel towards 21F

I met her along with the rest of the friend group around 6 months ago when my buddy’s girlfriend invited me to play DnD with them over discord. They're online friends and all live far away from each other. As for the girl I’m looking for advice for, she lives way up north and I live far down south in the US, same timezone. I’ve gotten along well with the whole group but the girl and I clicked really well imo. Outside of DnD I play games with the group and pretty frequently it ends up with just me and the girl on or we play with just us from the start. A good bit ago I developed a massive crush on her and I can say for certain she has liked me back as well. A month or so ago, she visited my state, her grandma lives here and drove down to us for a day. We got along extremely well all day and I ended up going out drinking in town with her, I, my buddy and his gf. She was very flirty from the jump and we ended up dancing, holding hands and just flirting a ton. She tried to kiss me but I didn’t let her, it seemed too quick for me. After that, nothing became awkward between us but that night was never brought up by either of us besides a few texts in the morning after she left saying she had a great time and hoped she didn’t make me uncomfortable. Of course I said no she didn’t. The point I’m at now where I need advice is, she just invited just me to visit her for a long weekend in the very near future to go skiing. I would be staying with her, she still lives with her parents who know nothing about me and I have never met. I really want to go and I almost certainly will but it seems a bit too trusting to invite a guy you’ve only met in person once to stay with you at your parents house. I’d understand if we were in a relationship and I hope this trip will kick it off? Do you guys think going on this trip is appropriate and do you think it’s weird at all?

Tldr: Online friend of 6 months that has mutual interest in me that I’ve only met in person once wants me to fly up to them and stay at their parents house for a long weekend and go skiing.
