Aim hand thumb keeps going numb

So ik its how I hold my pen and whats happening is Im like death gripping my pen and Im ending up pinching a nerve and its making my thumb loose feeling ive tried lightening my grip and even changing my hand position but it still goes numb. Anyone know what i can do to fix this issue
