audio stutter and USB reconnect

So I have no idea what’s going on. Yesterday I worked on my timeline like always. Today I booted up my pc, started premiere and noticed the audio was stuttering after a minute into the project. After a while all my usb devices (mouse, keyboard, streamdeck) reconnected (even with the windows 11 reconnecting sound) and then it was fine. After few minutes it did the same again.

I don’t know what’s going on, I changed gpu drivers, I checked for any updates or driver updates, everything is up to date and I cleared the media cache.

I ran multiple 3dmark benchmarks with cpu and gpu, no issues at all. After Effects is also working fine. This issue is only happening when I have premiere open and since today.
