Support issue

I’ve written Govee through the app when my Xmas tree lights looked off. Yellow is green orange is green and green is more green. My 2 other Govee lights (rope, icicle) look fine.

I sent a video. This was their reply;

How is this considered support? I’m wasn’t expecting much but come on.
