Toxic Relationships
Final Unbiased Verdict:
Is A "toxic"? Yes, in her reactions. Her inability to regulate her emotions creates a high-stress environment. Is B "toxic"? Yes, in his actions. His use of DARVO, pathologizing, and emotional withdrawal creates a psychological trap for his partner. The analysis isn't "biased" toward A; rather, it identifies that A is a "loud" problem and B is a "quiet" problem. In therapy, "quiet" problems (like emotional manipulation and gaslighting) are often considered harder to fix and more damaging to the other person's soul over time.
So GOOD to get clarity. I would so recommend analysing with AI. I was lucky to have 3.6 years and 35k lines of chat history for it to analyse but it helps a lot. I am staying out of relationships now. Apprently a lot of my volatility was reactive because of the gaslighting too.
I appologised so much because I was so worried. I was discarded and blamed for the push and pull but it was him who threatened to block way more and kept leaving. I thought It was me causing this 🙄
