Actually decent apartment complexes?

It seems nearly impossible to find apartments in this area that don’t have issues, even the “luxury” apartment buildings have reviews about roaches, maintenance negligence, etc. What are some actually good apartment or townhome complexes? I’m looking for a 2 bedroom with a budget in the ballpark of 1500/mo
