Trying to figure out if this is my fiancé! What does this color belt mean?

Hi guys! My man graduates RTC in four weeks and someone posted a video of his division marching today. I know he's lost some weight since he shipped out, plus he always had a mustache and goatee so I've only seen him without facial hair once, thus I'm having difficultly figuring out if this is him. I'm 95% sure it is, there's only one other person in the video who it could be, but what I noticed is that he's wearing a different colored belt, it looks camo or green, than everybody else. What does it mean? Maybe this will help with figuring it out? Thanks!!
