Schizoaffective disorder pip review

Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

throwaway acount Hi,

I have schizoaffective disorder which to my knowledge is a chronic disorder. Ie there's no cure

I'm on a high dose of anti psychotic and been on pip for a few years. About 6 months ago I started paying to see a therapist who specialises in my condition and also started seeing a therapist for anxiety more recently. Costing me basically my full weekly pip.

The last 2 or 3 months I've seen some improvement in myself where I've started leaving the house and going on walks usually quiet areae where i dont bump into anyone so as not to trigger any symptoms like voices or hallucinations and I've taken up doing an hour at the gym each day which i do an hour before it closes when no one is there again to avoid people. I had my yearly nurse check up at the gp I was told I need to exercise and lose some weight which I gained from the medication or i could become diabetic so ive tried to be more active and the therapy talking space has helped.

So I got my review in the post today now I feel it would be dishonest to say there's no change but if I report that I'm more capable than completely useless like i was am I going to lose my pip and then not be able to pay for the therapy and the gym membership ? I am worried I will lose that support system which is all I have and go back to square 1.

I am feeling very stressed about this so looking for someone who's a bit more knowledgeable about these things to offer guidance
