Do pro-choice sentiments also imply anti-forced child support?

The way I see it, the pro-choice position is about realizing that consent can be withdrawn at any time, and that a woman does not owe her body to anyone.

Similarly, can’t we say that the man can withdraw his consent? And that similarly, he does not owe his material possessions (child support money)?
