HPV Vaccine - Shared Wife

My wife knows I want to share her and has been more open to the idea lately. Out of the blue she got HPV vaccine at age 46. She has never mentioned this in the past and doing some research this seems to be rare for a monogamous woman (over 20 years) at her age. It's possible her OGBYN is just pushing it to get good scores with the health system, but it seems odd out of the blue. Could she be preparing to act on what we have been discussing in a fantasy way off and on for years?
