How to go to Express Bust Terminal Station in Seoul from Incheon Airport

Hi! I was wondering if the Seoul Station in the Bus Tickets Kiosk at Incheon Airport is actually near the Express Bus Terminal Station in Seoul? I am planning on traveling to Busan in the morning of the 20th, but I will be arriving sa Incheon Airport nang around 2am. What are my options to go sa Bus Terminal nang safe and sound? LOL! Thank you po for answering.
