Hi friends totally freaking out here. About an hour ago I was cleaning a hat in a sink full of water. I put a like IDK, maybe a 1/3-1/2 cup of THIS bleach in the water:

and then I was spraying SHOUT stain remover on the hat and using a tooth brush that I dipped into a cap of bleach. 

  
I coughed a little as I was doing this and opened the window. I've already called poison control lol but I would like to hear from some reddit doctors lol....am I gonna be okay? WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN.
