Lab messed up my drug test

Has anyone had this happen?

I got my CJO from AA yesterday and I was so thrilled I cried. Today I went to do my drug test because I wanted to be on top of things (yes I got my request that quickly, it surprised me too). When I got there, I had a shy bladder and couldnt pee enough after two different attempts. They closed, and the tester said it would be marked as a refusal to test. So I immediately called the DOT rep who gave me my test code and she said that if they turn it in like that I will have my CJO rescinded, I had her speak to the tester and she said that they had to give me the DOT mandated three hours to account for shy bladder and the tester outright refused to. She said that he should have marked it as a refusal to test me, not a refusal on my part- like in that they didn't test me. He had ALREADY TURNED IT IN!! She had him submit a clarification to an AA email.

I am TERRIFIED. I do not want to lose my CJO over something as stupid as not being able to pee enough and a lazy tester
