Firable offenses??

USA

Relatively new partner. I just got hired and I’m a little nervous about what I could be let go for, I’m only a few weeks in but I feel like I’m making some mistakes and it’s difficult to say if I’m doing anything firable or if Starbucks is pretty lenient with errors? Another guy who seemed to be a good worker was just fired

It’s my first week off training but occasionally I make a drink wrong or make a mistake on register the customers seem to like me and it doesn’t make them mad and nobody at work has directly expressed being frustrated but it’s still stressful to not know if they are getting mad and saying nothing but maybe complaining to the sm. I definitely don’t want to be the person that it’s like “Oh boy here they come I’ll be cleaning up their messes “ here’s some of my mistakes

During my training I dropped a pitcher of protein milk and then the handle broke.

Today I was working drive thru and trying to do a right now recovery but my ssv told me it should just be voided cause it was food item and i accidentally pressed cash so it thought it was paid for then later after the customers left we tried to find the order to void it and couldn’t so the registered may come out short tonight I hope they won’t think I stole although it’s less than 5$ so probably they won’t it’s really stressing me out.

Also a little concerned about service recovery am I giving too much out? Many customers have had to wait 10 minutes or more and so we definitely need to pass it out but I was concerned if that may reflect badly on staff myself included in reports??

Also some of the ssvs when closing are strict about expiring food for donations being donated but other ssvs tell us to take what we need I’m not sure if it’s right to take the expiring food or how the sm feels I probably won’t do it again. But I’m a little concerned about that too
