I realized that I had attached conditions to my feelings.
I've noticed how often I've been waiting for something internally. For the moment when I can finally allow myself peace. Or security. Or that feeling of "now it's okay."
In retrospect, the waiting itself was the exhausting part. Not the goals, but this constant "later." As if my body were constantly on hold while life kept moving forward.
What changed wasn't anything major external. Rather, the realization that no one set these conditions—except myself. And that things loosen up when you stop attaching feelings to events.
