Fidgets for college setting

Hi, does anyone have good recommendations for fidget toys for college? I struggle being still in class unless I’m fidgeting with something (recently it’s been moving around in my seat cause they’re the seats with wheels on them lol). I have tried just fidgeting with my ink pen but taking the cap off is too much resistance to me. I also fidget with my fingers and hands but I would like to stop them 😩.

I do have some specific requirements that I’m going to list.

I would like something small enough to keep in my hands and not gain attention from my peers around me. (No rings, I struggle wearing my engagement ring cause i don’t like rings all that much, sorry).

Less resistance =better for me

I would like the fidget toys be quite, so i’m not being loud during lessons

Also, preferably not a fidget that’s 3-D printed 😣

What I have tried (and not enjoyed)

stress balls (bleh)

rings

fidget cubes (they’re okish)

I’ve tried others but I can’t remember the names of them lol
