Follow up questions for ich

My new Cory's all have ich from the store (my bad on not quarantining them, I thought it would be fine since they were the first fish to be added to the tank). I don't have an available hospital tank to use so I'm tossing up between treating the whole tank and just removing the plants, or moving the Cory's to a bucket with an air stone and frequent water changes for about a week while I raise the temp in the tank? Any other ideas/advice with treating ich would be appreciated, I've never had to deal with it before. (Planning on using wunder tonic)
