Dolphin on Retroarch issue

Recently updated Retroarch on Series X. Used to have a code to jump into the water on Animal Crossing GC and now it doesn't seem to work. Where does RA create the .ini file now? I deleted all of the paths I knew of and even looked in the local files and can't seem to find it. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

Dev Mode, saved on external ssd. Originally, it was E>Retroarch>Saves>GameSettings. It was specifically Z+B to jump and it worked previously.
