my bsf is annoying me

my bsf is always taking bad photos of my without my permission. we have been friends for a few years now but this has been an annoyance of mine for a while. lately, i feel like it's been getting worse. and the worst part is, whenever i try to fight fire with fire and take pics of them, they always avoid it in time. the only bad pics of them i have are from other friends and they're aren't many of them. sometimes, i take their phone and try to delete them, but i don't know their pass and whenever i try to use a picture for face id it never works. their recently deleted album also needs face id. they sometimes post said pics into some gcs without asking me and i feel really annoyed. however, they're not mean or anything. i just think they're treating it as a joke and not realizing how much it bugs me. what should i do? i really want to avoid an awkward confrontation as i feel like they will think im overracting and emotional. that's how i feel too so idk how to fix this. anyways, advice is appreciated.
