Inalla help

Good evening!!

I need some help with my Inalla deck. It started as a precon, but I have adjusted it several times. At this point it does win against my friends, but it still feels slow and relies on a highly specific thing, whereas the other decks have multiple win cons. I feel like I can adjust it. If I was to adjust it again, with a budget of say $300, what would be the best routes?
