Tempered by Night

Tune my glow to dispel The depth of your shadows So that your light Can find its shimmer And brilliance again Not as it once was, But transformed, Into its becoming.

Tempered by the night, Softened by the rain, Massaged with truth, Restored in the ways only darkness Can form it.

Reborn so your light Shines for the road ahead, You’re not done yet, And you’re not alone. I’ll be there to guide you, Each step of the way.
