What happens to denizens of Lorwyn/Shadowmoor on other planes?

I'm not the most hardcore Vorthos type, so I don't know if this has been answered in lore or not, but what if your average being from Lorwyn/Shadowmoor left via an omenpath? Would they just stay whichever version of themself they were when they left? Would they change everyday with a regular day/night cycle on, like Ravnica or something? Or, removed from the magic of their own plane, would they be a third version of themself that combines a balance of their Lorwyn and Shadowmoor sides?
