If I started in June 2025 should I get a year end review / raise?

Just wondering what the cutoff usually is for being eligible for a year end review / raise / bonus etc. Started in June 2025 as an assistant controller.

In the short 6 months have done a lot of great things like building a month end list from the ground up / reconciling accounts that were never reconciled. Helped with a mid-year audit. Spearheaded the international taxes & filed VAT taxes quarterly.
