What Premodern deck would be good to teach?

I currently have a premodern elf list. My wife is starting to think about trying it. Obviously I would get a starter deck / duel teaching deck that WOTC makes but I would want something that is a real, out in the wild, deck.

I don’t want her to try standard/modern/legacy because of the physically large number of cards, interactions, and keywords that she would have to deal with. So what deck, in premodern would be most suitable, goblins, mono red, elf mirror match, mono black?

Give me some suggestions so I can think about it going into the future!
